It's a DS game, published by Square enix and maker is same as KH.

Anyway it's about a boy(Neku) that wakes up in Shibuya japan, he notices there's a number ticking down on his palm - a time limit and he has some sort of skull pin.
After that he realizes he's stuck in this "Reaper Game" and forced to play or be "Erased".

Also Neku's gonna make an appearance in the new KH game.
