| Simple KH Rules
Registering
- Please bear in mind that this is a PG-13 site which makes allowances for mild and infrequent swearing. Mild sexual innuendo is permitted but explicit detail is not. Explicit description or narration of in-character violence is allowed. Gore is allowed to an extent.
- Register with the name of your character in proper capitalisation - e.g. Isaac Newman - and not a screen name/nickname - e.g. IluvKH45, R0xas, etc. Oh, and a hint here? Please make your PA user name whatever you expect other characters to call your character. Ex: If you expect other characters to call your character Bill, please register him as Bill, if you can, and not William. Middle initials/names are generally not necessary here. Just a first and last name is just fine.
- You are welcome to make both canon and non-canon characters. If you want to make a canon, however, please look at the list in the character applications section and sign the applications for it.
- Make sure that you post your application as soon as possible! That way, you can get started all the more quickly! You have two weeks to complete your application. If it isn't completed in that time, we will move your application to the "Dead Character Applications" section. If you want to come back and work on it again, let us know. We can move it back to the application area so you can resume your work.
Run-of-the-mill guidelines
- I'll be nice to you, you be nice to me! Treat other members the way you want to be treated. Be social, be nice and we'll all get along just fine! If you're having a hard time just take a break! just remember no bullying of any kind. It's not tolerated.
- We have a word count! It's only 100 words - not too much to ask for! Easy! Just give it a shot!
- Avoid severe life issues if possible. If it is an impossibility, let's try to be tasteful and gentle. It could have the potential to upset other members so treat the subjects of addiction, depression, suicide etc. with great care. We generally do not allow characters with chronic disabilities--either physical, mental, or emotional--for those same sensitivity reasons.
- Do not bring ic-drama into ooc conversation, please! We don't want any arguments!

- Signature mass size: 550x400. Avatar mass size: 150x200
If they start to stretch the board we'll shoot you........ a pm  and you're welcome to ask us to resize it or, even better, one of our graphics maestros! However, if it's not sorted within the week we'll have to delete it!

Or whatever other analogy you want to use NEVER,
God Mod - God-Modding is when you control characters other than your own and decide for yourself the outcomes of certain things. This is something you cannot do without permission from the other player. What's yours is yours and what's theirs is theirs!
OR,
Power Play - Powerplaying is a kind of god-modding that's even worse! Essentially, you do the same - you control someone's character, as well as your own, but then, to make matters worse, you do it so your character is the most powerful! That's just not on!
OR, HEAVEN FORBID,
- Metagaming is when you know things. Not just some things like when the kettle's boiled or where the other half has hid the biscuits. No! You know everything and anything about what's going on IC and as a result, so does your character! Now that's the deadliest of these three rp-ing sins!
